Launch Out Into The Deep At Dusk

It was said, "Work while it is day;
For when night comes, no one works."
Yet also it was said, "Ye do wisely;
Redeem time, for the days are evil."

Stand upon the high rock by the sea,
Then look and consider what you see.
Behold, good cloudy sunset has begun,
Soon, night falls when daylight is gone.

Your lamps, fill them with enough oil,
Have clothing for a wet and cold toil.
Gentle rain shall shower the midnight,
Multitudes of fish will gather in delight.

Like shepherds watching flocks at night,
So are fishermen catching fish at night.
Men-fishers launching out into the deep,
From dusk til dawn they fish a great reap.

You who are crafty, be warned!

In this hilarious short animated film, undesirable things were suddenly happening unexpectedly and then in no time a possibility of world war III was in progress. The whole incident happened all just because a piece of donut unsuspectingly lured the animalistic instinct of a supposedly harmless pigeon.

What lure are you holding in your one hand and what device are you carrying on the other hand? Be warned you who are crafty, for you do not know what you may be unsuspectingly attracting with your lure. You have no idea what exactly are the undesirable things that might ensue in the process when those that are lured get unexpectedly trapped inside the sophistication of your device.

There Is A Way...

All Along The Watchtower
Original Song by Bob Dylan

"There must be some way out of here", said the joker to the thief.
"There's too much confusion, I can't get no relief.
Businessmen, they drink my wine, plowmen dig my earth.
None of them along the line know what any of it is worth."

"No reason to get excited", the thief he kindly spoke.
"There are many here among us who feel that life is but a joke.
But you and I, we've been through that, and this is not our fate.
So let us not talk falsely now, the hour is getting late."

All along the watchtower, princes kept the view.
While all the women came and went, barefoot servants, too.
Outside in the distance a wildcat did growl.
Two riders were approaching, the wind began to howl.

----------
"All Along the Watchtower" is a song written and recorded by singer-songwriter Bob Dylan. It initially appeared on his album John Wesley Harding. It has been covered by other artists in different genres, most notably by The Jimi Hendrix Experience. There exists much speculation as to what the song is actually about. Dylan wrote "All Along the Watchtower" along with the other songs on John Wesley Harding over the year or so following his motorcycle accident in the summer of 1966. His recuperation from the accident, which occurred near his home in Woodstock, New York, enabled Dylan to escape the excesses of touring and make a dramatic turnaround in his lifestyle. With one child born in early 1966 and another in mid-1967, he settled into family life and even took a growing interest in the Bible, as reflected in the album's Biblical allusions, particularly in songs such as "All Along the Watchtower", "Dear Landlord", "I Dreamed I Saw St. Augustine" and "The Wicked Messenger".

The Scent In The Air

Behold, a wild bitch is in her season.

The wind blows and her scent is known.
From near and far, male beasts are drawn,
Attracted by the smell of her pheromone.

Instinctively they set out to track her.
About her lair they all riskily gather.
Wild strength and pheromone-driven temper,
Everyone's a great danger to one another.

Piercing wild stares and fearless howls,
Intimidating fangs and threatening growls.
A wild and deadly game they are playing,
All because a bitch lured them into mating.

I'd rather that the wicked repent and live

[Ezekiel 18:21-32]

But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he has committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. All his transgressions that he has committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he has done he shall live.

Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? says the Lord God: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?

But when the righteous turns away from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, and does according to all the abominations that the wicked man does, shall he live? All his righteousness that he has done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he has trespassed, and in his sin that he has sinned, in them shall he die.

Yet you say, "The way of the Lord is not equal." Hear now, inhabitants of the earth; Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal? When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, and dies in them; for his iniquity that he has done shall he die. Again, when the wicked man turns away from his wickedness that he has committed, and does that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive. Because he considers, and turns away from all his transgressions that he has committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

Yet says the people of the land, "The way of the Lord is not equal." People of the land, are not my ways equal? are not your ways unequal? Therefore I will judge you, people of the land, every one according to his ways, says the Lord God. Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin. Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby you have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will you die, people of the land? For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dies, says the Lord God: wherefore turn yourselves, and you live.

Wisdom Dawns In A Dark Night

.

Sun rules the day, but moon reigns at night.

Yet the moon is dark, of its own has no light.
Day is made for work, night is made for rest.
But instead of sleep, some nights bring test.

For the trying night's pain, grieve if we must.
But only just enough; know that it won't last.
Though long and dark the trying night may be,
Yet in a world's turn, tomorrow is a new day.

While darkness lasts, slumber not nor sleep.
For wisdom shall the dawn offer us to keep.
Clouds may again cover moon's borrowed light,
But strength there'll now be for any dark night.

There are days and there are nights.
Always will there be days and nights.
Ever since, such has the world been.
Always turning, keeping things going.
